Korean Bulgogi Meat Marinade
In Korea, Bulgogi literally means, "fire meat".
Traditionally, thin strips of marinated beef are
cooked over a charcoal fire using a dome
shaped griddle and are served with lettuce,
raw sliced garlic and red hot pepper paste.

Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish of fermented
chilli peppers and vegetables. This specially
